Our history and offering.
Medispes was born from the idea of establishing an independent service to Specialist Anaesthesiologists in providing administrative and accounting support. After accumulating a decade’s worth of experience in practice management since the turn of the millennium, the company was registered in 2012 and has subsequently experienced exponential growth.
Medical Practice Management presents various challenges for the practitioner to overcome, which includes (among others):
property & equipment management and maintenance;
human resources and associated labour issues; and
ICT infrastructure, systems and processes.
These challenges are often frustrating and require significant time, effort and financial resources which distract practitioners from their core focus which is the treatment and wellbeing of their patients. Our reliable and efficient support service offering enable practitioners to dedicate their skills, knowledge and time to their patients and leave the rest of their practice management to us.
The most important thing for our clients is the practice of medicine and caring for their patients. Let us take care of the rest!
The benefits of outsourcing.
Outsourcing the administrative support functions of your practice makes it possible to unlock the following benefits and advantages:
Skilled resources
Extensive experience
Increased efficiency
Reduced costs
Shared risk
Improved cashflow

Acting in the practitioner’s best interests.
We commit ourselves to always act in the best interest of the practitioner and to ensure professional interaction with medical schemes and patients at all times. A courteous, but focused and firm engagement with all debtors (schemes and patients) ensures that payment is collected as effectively and quickly as possible.
The nature of our agreement with the practitioner ensures that the interests of both parties are perfectly aligned, since we only invoice on receipts processed on a monthly basis. Therefore, we aim to ensure the maximum collection of current and outstanding debt.
